Welcome to Madagascar Resorts And Lodges

When visiting the Madagascar Resorts and Lodges you might be forgiven for thinking that you have entered paradise, because, you have!

Madagascar is the world’s fourth-largest island.

The Madagascar resorts and lodges are as varied as its landscapes and ecosystems.

Called “the land in the forgotten sea”, Madagascar is a land of adventure and perfect for active travelers.

Its remarkable ecosystem supports large numbers of bizarre creatures, and an incredible 80% of the critters that call the forests home are endemic – they are not found anywhere else in the world.

From lemurs to dancing sifakas and very rainbow-coloured chameleons in between, Madagascar is a wildlife-lover dream.

The best time to visit the Madagascar Resorts and Lodges is in the cooler dry season from May to October when there is less rain so you can explore more and see spectacular local wildlife including the lemurs.

Madagascar boasts spectacular trees and plants that can’t be found anywhere else in the world and the vibrant culture is a melting pot of African, Arab, and Indian origins.

The luxury resorts, lodges, and camps of Madagascar are varied, ranging from the classic gold tap luxury of old to the luxury of adventure and ecology.

The resorts and lodges that you find all over Madagascar have one thing in common – they are extremely well-positioned.

This may mean easy access to the beach and reefs.

It may mean a location on the west side of a hill to maximise the brilliant sunset.

It may mean being built under the shade of a mango tree, by the riverside to watch the waterbirds nesting, at the foot of a rock formation for an ideal climbing adventure.

Madagascar’s landscape, people, and experiences are so diverse that you could spend months exploring stunning tropical beaches, national parks, and mountains.

Explore the beautiful Madagascar Resorts and Lodges with us for an unforgettable experience.

Antanaviro Resorts and Lodges:

Antanaviro is the capital city of Madagascar.

Tana, as it is affectionately known, is a colourful riot of red roofs, grandiose colonial architecture, and towering buildings, all surrounded by mosaics of rice paddies and fields.

The appeal of Antanaviro is rooted in its striking blend of Eastern, Western, and African influences.

And yes, it’s spectacular and chaotic as it sounds.

The city of Antanaviro stands proudly on a ridge with cobbled streets and historical buildings.

Nosy Be Resorts and Lodges:

Nosy Be is a turquoise island and is home to some of Madagascar’s most luxurious resorts, lodges, and beautiful beaches.

Nosy Be is a treasure trove of natural beauty, with its pristine beaches and verdant forests waiting to be explored.

Nosy Be, which includes 15 surrounding islands, is more densely forested, jungle, wilder, and more exotic.

Only a few of the 15 islands are inhabited.

Our dedicated team is committed to matching you with the most suitable accommodation for your Nosy Be holiday.

Whether you seek a luxurious beachfront resort offering stunning views of the ocean, a secluded eco-lodge nestled in the heart of the rainforest, or a fully crewed, exclusive yacht charter, we have the perfect option here at Madagascar Resorts and Lodges to ensure your stay on Nosy Be is nothing short of spectacular.

Anjajavy Nature Reserve Resorts and Lodges:

Anjajavy Nature Reserve is idyllically remote on Madagascar’s northwest coast and can only be reached by air.

The Anjajavy Private Nature Reserve covers an area of 450ha and is a predominantly dry deciduous forest.

There are over 1800 floral species, most endemic and several medicinal.

Wildlife is prolific and walks through the forest reveal chameleons, frogs, and spores of bush-pigs and the elusive fossa.

Flying towards the airstrip of Anjajavy you pass a thick forest that stops abruptly at the sea, shading white-sand coves separated by limestone headlands.

A handful of dhows and pirogues bob in the water and small clearings you can see the thatched huts of the Sakalava fishing villages.

At Madagascar Resorts and Lodges, we look forward to hosting you soon.
